This position involves coordinating with all aspects of the theater, from front of house to education to stage crew. Responsibilities include processing box office and merchandising transactions as needed, maintaining order and safety in audiences in excess of 500 people, communicating with the stage manager and backstage crew to start and track attendance at performances, managing up to 5 paid ushers and numerous volunteers per show, and assisting in the development of thematically relevant and age-appropriate pre-show activites.
