Since 1986 he has launched, managed & sold six different companies including Sail New Haven, a non-profit sailing/windsurfing school; Sailways, a sailing/windsurfing retail mail order company; Performance Snowboarding, the world’s largest snowboard mail order company; SnoBoard Magazine, a national consumer publication, GH Applied Technologies, an herbal supplement company and The Harvey C. Salon, a high end salon and day spa. He brings a wealth of finance, marketing & management talent to his financial services practice. I am acutely aware of the small business operator's needs. Most entrepreneurs and small business owners need to recruit, incent and retain key employees. My goal is to help create the right mix of benefits to suit both the owner's needs and the needs of his/her key employees.
