I am a private equity veteran with stints at prominent firms, including Mubadala Capital and Founders Fund, and experience including fundraising and fund formation; private equity transactions; and M&A and IPO exits. MiYA Insurance Solutions is a tech-enabled life insurance asset manager. Most recently, I served as co-head of Mubadala Capital’s U.S. venture capital platform, as well as on the investment committee of Mubadala Capital’s U.S. technology and healthcare venture funds. I have additional experience managing regulatory compliance and overseeing operations in venture capital and financial services. I began my career as a partner at two global law firms with practices including general corporate matters, venture capital general partner organization and structure, corporate governance and strategic advice and securities litigation defense.
