Con Edison, E. 111 St., New York - Former MGP Plant – Design of ISCO remedy for contamination beneath current Maintenance Shed parking lot. Work included review of site soil and groundwater historical data and jar and pilot tests of potential ISCO remedies.Con Edison, Yankee Stadium, New York –Investigation of a SVE carbon bed fire. Ruled out that an earlier gas main leak contributed to the fire which was likely a result of uneven carbon bet packing and high initial volatiles concentration during start-up.DuPont Grasselli Site, Linden, New Jersey – Investigation and analysis of outrider Arsenic groundwater measurements in a well adjacent to a processed dredge material (PDM) Stockpile - Work involved a full review of Arsenic chemistry especially with regard to its solubility over ranges of Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP) and pH.

Project Manager 1.8M Remediation of the Kauffman & Minteer Superfund Site using in-situ application of potassium permanganate, sodium persulfate and hydrogen peroxide. Work involves baseline investigations including soil and groundwater characterization and MIP investigations.Project Manager for $6.2 M ID/IQ Investigation and Remediation Contract for the US Army Environmental Center. The work addresses contamination at eleven sites at Forts Eustis and Lee in Virginia. Specific activities on the contract include remedial investigations, feasibility studies, decision document development, remedial design and remedial actions to include sediment removal and in-situ chemical injection.

Managed 25 engineers and geologists performing environmental due dilligence such as Phase I/PA and Phase II/SI/RI investigative work as well as full-scale remediation in support of Real Estate Development and Municipal/County/State clientele. Solved environmental contamination problems with services ranging form initial investigation to final closure.

Led engineers and geologists performing Phase I and Phase II environmental investigative work and Phase III Remediation in support of Due Diligence for the Real Estate financing and transaction industry. Spearheaded initial marketing for the start-up of the IVI affiliate company Geo Oxidation Services, Inc.
