Receive inbound calls from customers and find the detect fraud on client's business accounts. Proceeding with the proper steps to resolve the business accounts that did nor jeopardized their business progress. During the merger of BB&T and SunTrust there was consistent training and implementation of new policies and procedures. Calls were recorded for quality and assurance; these calls were graded weekly by the QA team for improvement for the call center representative.

Responsible for the navigation of military naval vessels and knowledge for rules of sea (road). Sub-responsibilities were provided forceful backup to the officers on deck to ensure the correct course of action is being made in training and the climax of events. As the Work Center Supervisor, I was responsible for maintenance and training sailors in every aspect of the job as well as providing assistance to the Training PO. Outside of the ship responsibilities I also had to continue to learn more about my role and the evolution of role as I was promoted in rank. Proactively, before I achieve the rank for the additional learning, I was advanced enough to do the training before the minimum rank required.
