Howard earned a Master of Science degree from Albertus Magnus College in Management and Organizational Leadership with a 4.0 GPA, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a GPA of 3.96. His education is complemented by extensive management experience in facilities maintenance and repairs, capital projects, project management, and experience with the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant with responsibility for maintaining aerospace equipment, aircraft systems, sub-systems and ground support. He has achieved a large degree of success by establishing goals and performance metrics, followed by real-time data collection, analysis and trending. He uses analytics to take a proactive versus reactive response to risks and opportunities, and as a baseline for continuous quality improvement. Howard uses a scenario management approach, anticipating all “what ifs”, followed by appropriate contingencies. He designs an operational infrastructure with the talent and resources needed to achieve objectives. Howard’s philosophy grew from the Air Force Core Values. Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do continues on from his service in the military. The strong military background leads him to never accepting mediocrity, or the status quo. Instead, he raises the bar, testing the limits of his team and pursuing performance excellence.
