With over 18 years of experience in Chinese and multinational companies, Howard has served multiple publicly listed companies in New Zealand. He has successfully assisted two companies in listing on the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX), gaining expertise in listed corporate governance and management. He specialises in listed company compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate structuring, with a strong focus on enhancing operational efficiency and financial transparency. Howard holds Chartered Accountant qualifications from Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand (CMInstD). He also serves as the Secretary-General of the Canton Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand, promoting trade cooperation and public welfare between China and New Zealand.
