Having no prior experience in marketing, I was able to gain insight into the marketing team and structure of a start-up in my 3 months of internship at Goodnight. I participated in conducting competitive analysis and anonymous marketing research, designing Facebook and Instagram advertisements, as well as creating Tiktok content.

Prior to its opening, I helped the company construct a thorough business plan and organized financial statements predicting annual profit to pitch to investors. During this brief stint, I have steadily spotted areas for improvement and immediately implemented solutions effectively. Other responsibilities included replying to customers' online and phone call inquiries, and editing social media marketing content

As Director of Special Events, I coordinated with other directors and executives to brainstorm, arrange, and organize club events. This includes handling and allocating available budgets. Being in an event-planning team definitely taught me efficient methods to communicate with teammates/colleagues. Planning these small-scale events also gave me the experience to plan and organize bigger events/projects in the future. I also gained experience in writing event proposals and social media event content.
