Working on The Advantage Brands Team at Integrated Marketing Services (now Advantage Unified Commerce).As the lead sr. brand manager for GSK's Advantage Brands, it was amazing to drive the creation of an in-house team that oversaw all aspects of brand management, sales strategy, consumer promotion, and shopper marketing.This unique business model allowed for the simultaneous oversight of 17 brands and enabling them each to return to profitability. Through the development of annual portfolio programs, individual brand programs, sales presentations and workshops, and unique analytics, the portfolio drove $90 million in sales, all of which was done through the management of a $22 million dollar P&L.In addition, as account director, this role enabled collaboration with Integrated's broker and category management teams to mine for new category insights that provided for successful program creation for clients including McNeil, Church & Dwight, and Folgers.

I take that as a wonderful compliment.
