Founded Project Management department in March 2015 to help facilitate company growth in an emerging market. Created documentation, standard operating procedures, and oversaw training of multiple employees as the department expanded.Managed the installation and configuration of over 1600 individual IP based devices at over 180 different sites working with multiple network and camera systems as well as different integrators, installers, and IT departments at each site.

Responded to level 2 trouble ticket and support calls. Duties included device configuration, interoffice technical support, local and remote networking support, and server management.Helped company transition ticketing and phone platforms and helped establish escalation procedures for both platform and end user issues.

Led 4 person help desk team in tasks ranging from printer installation to PostgreSQL database management. Managed devices and SQL databases for 23 different companies across 200 locations using AWS Linux Servers and Amazon Workspace desktops.

Assistant team leader of a 6 man team responsible for over $5m of essential technical equipment including, vehicles, routers, switches, generators, VoIP phones and laptops. Deployed to Afghanistan from June 2011 - May 2012. Was the assistant team leader for a 6 man team and helped manage over $5 million in equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, PC’s and Satellite Communication equipment.Acted as the night shift leader at the local help desk and was responsible for over 5,000 users spread over an area of 64,000 square miles. Completed over 1500 trouble tickets in that ten month span.Worked and communicated with personnel from over 50 countries to develop IT solutions, create IT infrastructure, and advise on operating procedures to increase efficiency and productivity across multiple countries IT infrastructure.
