I have over 40 years’ industry experience of insurance broking. I hate too much formality and believe strongly in doing the right thing for clients and the team - being a positive ambassador for our sector. The Clear Group has grown rapidly in size and offering since Gary & I co-founded the company in 2001. My focus these days is to support the growth of the group, specifically at acquisition stage, trying to find the right brokers who are aligned with Clear’s values.
