Since 2016, has automatically created the AD account (including rules-based group population), Exchange mailbox, PMS account and Worksite DMS account for over 450 new starters and deactivated them for over 400 leavers.Document Automation System - I invented a markup system that Knowledge Management use to create Word templates which they store in SharePoint. Employees select the documents to be generated in a web-based UI. The system scans the Word documents and generates a survey. Word documents are automatically generated based on survey answers. Markup allows many question types including text, dropdown, address, date and monetary value. Automatically uploads documents to Worksite DMS. This system has been used to generate over 6,800 documents.Time-Recording and Disbursement System - Allows all fee-earners and secretaries to record time and disbursements against matters, even where they don't have access to that matter in the PMS/DMS. Where they do not have access, the system hides the client/matter name. Over 90 employees have used this system to record a total of over 17,000 billable hours and over 900 disbursements.Temporary DMS Access System - A web-based system for gaining temporary access (up to 24 hours) to Worksite DMS. Used by IT, Compliance and Knowledge Management departments. Has been used over 1,500 times by 40 users.Technologies used: .NET, C#, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, SQL/SSRS, PowerShell, SharePoint

• SharePoint Development- Migration of organisation's intranet from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 and developing it as an integrated business system (including enterprise search capability) using third-party web parts to connect to systems including iManage/Worksite, Elite and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.- Development of SharePoint intranet homepage as a fee-earner dashboard using SSRS report web parts to display personalised data including time recording/targets, periodic reviews, accounts’ preparation, CDD deficiencies, aged debt and WIP.• Reporting / SSRS / SQL- Development, testing and maintenance of on-demand management information reports for use throughout the business including by Accounts, ICT, Compliance, Client Reporting and Statutory Services.
