Since 2016, has automatically created the AD account (including rules-based group population), Exchange mailbox, PMS account and Worksite DMS account for over 450 new starters and deactivated them for over 400 leavers.Document Automation System - I invented a markup system that Knowledge Management use to create Word templates which they store in SharePoint. Employees select the documents to be generated in a web-based UI. The system scans the Word documents and generates a survey. Word documents are automatically generated based on survey answers. Markup allows many question types including text, dropdown, address, date and monetary value. Automatically uploads documents to Worksite DMS. This system has been used to generate over 6,800 documents.Time-Recording and Disbursement System - Allows all fee-earners and secretaries to record time and disbursements against matters, even where they don't have access to that matter in the PMS/DMS. Where they do not have access, the system hides the client/matter name. Over 90 employees have used this system to record a total of over 17,000 billable hours and over 900 disbursements.Temporary DMS Access System - A web-based system for gaining temporary access (up to 24 hours) to Worksite DMS.
