Engaged and collaborated with Joint, bi-lateral, multi-lateral international partners, non-government and international organizations to help achieve foreign policy objectives and coordinate humanitarian or civic assistance. Assisted in the development of Force Health Protection medical requirements for PACAF GHE missions. Utilized OHASIS program management system to manage PACAF GHE events. Briefed and provided reports on GHE activities to PACAF Surgeon General. Recognized as an Outstanding Performer by the U.S. Ambassador to Timor-Leste in 2018 and HQ PACAF Office of the Surgeon General 2019 Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Quarter.
