Howard has over 30 years of experience in the insurance and corporate liability defense and corporate counsel fields. He is Outside General Counsel to the firm's Corporate Counsel Clients. He is a Past Chair of the Corporate Counsel Section of the New York State Bar Association and a Past New York State Chair of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). In 2021 and 2022 Howard was named a Finalist for the CLM Professional of the Year Award for Outside Counsel.Howard is AV Rated from Martindale-Hubbell. He has been recognized as a New York Super Lawyer since 2006 and selected for the Corporate Counsel Edition since 2009.
