The Human Productivity Lab is a consultancy specializing in telepresence, videoconferencing, and visual collaboration with a focus on organizational productivity. We help organizations design visual collaboration solutions that address the human factors of participants to improve usage and ROI. We provide a 3rd party independent analysis of visual collaboration strategies, help "future-proof" technology investments, and conduct financial modelling on deployment scenarios. We have consulted with vendors to improve their product portfolios and investors to help them understand the landscape and players.

The Human Productivity Lab helped Array from product inception. We took a seat on the Board, helped staff multiple operating executives and designed an introductory campaign that delivered almost 500 prospects to the company’s exhibit at InfoComm as a first-time exhibitor.Our launch campaign also included a magazine cover story that saw 12,000 hard copies distributed to industry participants in 25+ countries, epublications, consortium website, email, direct mail and trade show participation at leading Pro-AV events including InfoComm, Enterprise Connect, and WebRTC World.The Lab created a thought-leadership campaign for LinkedIn and their affiliate social media platform SlideShare that saw two presentations garner over 11,350 views and 7,075 views respectively.The Lab helped organize multiple trips to Silicon Valley to meet with potential investors and partners.The Lab helped develop the company’s initial distribution partners, industry partnerships with the #1 & #2 videoconferencing companies and development partnerships including multiple C-level introductions.

Vice President of Business Development - Frequently changing responsibilities included at various times: Development of the Publicly Available TeleSuite Virtual Meeting Centers effort, account management, and sales. Was originally hired as a consultant in collaborative tools and IP networking.

· Co-designed cutting-edge visual collaboration product that combined broadcast quality video, enhanced data collaboration, and human factor interfaces into an end-to-end IP service. · Recruited core management team, conducted market research, provided product specifications to engineering, wrote white papers, and directed outside marketing company in production of marketing creative.

Founded the Financial vertical sales organization at Savvis Communications. Also held positions as Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager. Hired original sales managers and sales representatives focused on trading floor technology and market data applications and opened outside sales offices in New York City, Boston, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, and Herndon. Managed multiple sales forces running diverse sales models. Founded the original Human Productivity, a skunkworks that tested and evaluated technologies and business process improvements with the potential to improve productivity, accelerate the sales cycle, or improve business communications within the organization. Some of the technologies the Lab rolled into production at Savvis were: Webconferencing, IP Videoconferencing, SMART Board Interactive Whiteboards, Blackberry Messaging, Franklin Covey, Collaboration Rooms, Cordless Headsets, and The Demonstrator, a trade show display designed by HSL.
