He went on to co-found Ivy West, an educational services company that was acquired by Sylvan Learning Systems, where he served as a senior executive for several years. Howard co-founded TigerLead Solutions in 2007 and served as the company’s CEO until its acquisition by Move Inc. in 2012. Howard is the managing member of two Multi-Unit Housing Investment Funds HMG Capital and Quad Capital.
