I joined this small consultancy specializing in financial trading systems integration. As head of Business Development responsible for Sales and Marketing, my brief was to grow the existing consulting services business around Murex and Summit and look to build a software business around derivative trading systems. The KMS solution comprised an advanced neural network search, expert profiling, Collaboration and other knowledge management tools. The solution was called Deskartes & Universal Knowledge for which I was responsible for selling into the blue chip businesses in the Banking, Finance & Insurance sectors in London.
