I've joined UCAR, the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, as a software engineer, working on the Unidata team delivering global atmospheric and geophysical data supporting meteorological, climate and geophysical research. I m working in Java on the THREDDS data server, a Tomcat based JEE application to serve data from numerous sources including the GOES satellites and weather radars. Also working in Python on tools supporting atmospheric research and assisting with Python training for tools Unidata builds.
