Primary responsibilities include managing the group’s volume collection and payments function with the focus on driving performance improvements through the re-engineering of business processes and the development of best practice systems solutions. Responsible for managing £40m of trade receivables per month including group legal debt recovery & insolvency activities and the validation of credit risk of non-corporate sole traders through to multi million pound global corporations. Role also included responsibility for the legal review and approval process of all commercial supply and purchase.
