Howard has spent the last 6 months an Innovation Network of major FTSE 100 companies in the UK. He has decided to reawaken his UK consultancy and is currently looking for the next challenge.Howard spent 2 years in a permanent position with Pitney Bowes as Director of Futures Strategy based in their Headquarters in Stamford Conneticut. In this role Howard is responsible for the 2 - 20 year visioning for the company through Scenario Planning, Visioning, Roadmapping amd workshops.Howard Wright was Head of Technology Foresight and Innovation for Royal Mail Group plc and has been involved in the Foresight and Innovation Community within the company for over 12 years. The focus of his work has been developing an Innovation and Open culture within a large national ‘state owned’ company; although his roots are Technology based he has found he has a natural ability to bridge the culture between the business and technology communities.He is passionate about organizational dynamics with a focus on a holistic view of company development. Howard designed and developed two Innovation Labs within the company aimed at changing the ways ‘organizations think about thinking’. This work has taken him around the world working with other companies in the postal sector and also blue chip companies from the private sector Howard is seen very much as a thought leader in the field of Innovation, Creative thinking, Foresight, Scenario Planning and Strategic Storytelling and has over 12 years hands-on experience as well as teaching these areas both internally and externally around the world. He is also a regular speaker on the International Conference circuit.
