I am an experienced Technical Manager and Senior Linux Engineer with continuous high levels of performance and leadership supporting HPC customers within the public sector. Previous to this, I worked for customers within the investment banking industry. Possessing a commitment to succeed, I have 25 years of experience supporting a vast array of Linux and Unix based servers. Currently I manage a team 8 engineers/application analysts based throughout Australia, delivering customer expectations and adhering to strict SLAs throughout the region. I have identified and helped implement necessary structural changes and instigated initiatives to improve service and reduce customer escalation times. I represent HPE at a senior level whilst working on their major HPC customers, providing contracted service delivery support and product assistance.
