Technical Support Engineer
Current- Serve as the primary technical support contact for Enterprise Customers, addressing complex issues and providing tailored solutions to optimize their use of Cloudflare products.
- Provide technical support through various channels, including calls, tickets, and live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Cloudflare's product to diagnose and resolve technical challenges, minimizing downtime and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with technical and sale teams to address intricate issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of Cloudflare’s services and customer support processes.
- Effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive support experience, while maintaining a focus on clarity, empathy, and problem solving.
- Identify potential product issues through patterns and customer feedback and escalation.
