Technical Support Engineer
Current• Serve as the primary technical support contact for Enterprise Customers, addressing complex issues and providing tailored solutions to optimize their use of Cloudflare products.• Provide technical support through various channels, including calls, tickets, and live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.• Leverage in-depth knowledge of Cloudflare's product to diagnose and resolve technical challenges, minimizing downtime and enhancing customer satisfaction.• Work closely with technical and sale teams to address intricate issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of Cloudflare’s services and customer support processes.• Effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive support experience, while maintaining a focus on clarity, empathy, and problem solving.• Identify potential product issues through patterns and customer feedback and escalation.
