Other roles include supporting current or pre-production interior/exterior Plastics programs with CAD design, FEA, DFMEA, prototyping, and CFD. Additionally, Logan facilitates innovation sessions to frame new programs from engineering first-principles to a minimum-viable product and beyond.

Co-leading a novel culinary mycological production project: including the research, environment construction, care, and harvesting necessary to produce high-quality culinary mushrooms. Leveraging engineering fundamentals of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics to create accurate environmental conditions necessary for culinary mushroom production.

Responsible for applying engineered design solutions for custom gas-to-EV conversions, focusing on vintage and classic cars. Projects included high-voltage lithium ion battery pack assembly, cell-to-cell connection design, battery management installation, and system testing.

During my time with Orange Media Network, I supported journalists with story photos, led personal photojournalism projects, and joined and eventually led the DamChic fashion photography team. - Spearheaded a new high-volume product design through research, 3D CAD, DFMEA, DFM for plastic injection molding, finite element analysis (FEA), supplier sourcing, and developed 2 prototypes for analysis and testing. - Formally presented these prototype builds through technical presentations to key internal stakeholders and demonstrated a live validation of reduced assembly time: 54 seconds less than comparable products. - Overhauled 15+ 2D drawings and BOM to meet new Product Data Management (PDM) quality standards and GD&T practices. - Co-led part design validation testing through SAE J1455 environmental standards (thermal cycles, salt, water ingress, etc.), exposing 2 individual failure modes. Authored test documentation on procedures and data acquisition.- Designed, sourced, and manufactured two assembly fixtures to support manufacturing processes. Fixtures increased manufacturing accuracy by 85%.- Programmed an automated adhesive dispensing tool, decreasing automated assembly time by 45%.

- Designed and fabricated a 30’ scaled wind tunnel with another intern to illustrate scaled prototypes with aerodynamic applications for commercial vehicles and demonstrated physical verification for CFD models.- Recruited to a cross-functional product innovation team, the mechanical design prototype is patent pending.- Initiated, prototyped, and 3D printed a company-branded phone holder in collaboration with Industrial Designers.

Screen printed, organized, and shipped high-volume custom clothing orders. In charge of maintaining all aspects of the shop, including equipment troubleshooting, operations efficiency, maintaining inventory, and making final stylistic decisions on all shipments. Personally trained and managed 4 employees. Required high attention to detail, interactions with customers, and independent decision-making.
