While in Wee Guan, I successfully presented and secured our new division's (Geenet) license to become a service-based operator license for an internet service provider, focusing on delivering prepaid voice calls and WiFi internet services in Singapore. I designed and deployed the centralized prepaid billing system for voice and data services. Additionally, I was responsible for designing the WiFi and network infrastructure specifically for dormitories, aiming to provide these services to residents living within these buildings.
