In July 2020, I observed the shift in learning and personal development to online learning. I witnessed several great CPD events and learning opportunities, with great content from experienced speakers. There was one critical component missing though... The ability to interact, immerse yourself in the discussion, contextualise insights to your world and simply ask questions to make sense of that information for your benefit, was missing. Learning was minimal.I owe my career success to those around me helping me make sense of new information.
