In July 2020, I observed the shift in learning and personal development to online learning. I witnessed several great CPD events and learning opportunities, with great content from experienced speakers. There was one critical component missing though... The ability to interact, immerse yourself in the discussion, contextualise insights to your world and simply ask questions to make sense of that information for your benefit, was missing. Learning was minimal.I owe my career success to those around me helping me make sense of new information. The number 1 factor influencing my growth, development, knowledge and interaction was connecting with others, and being able to make the learning specific to my needs. As a result, I created Collaborate Sports to solve this problem for sports practitioners. Our mission is to provide sports practitioners with personalised development solutions and career support, to enhance their skills, confidence and career success.We focus on simplicity and practicality in our interactive mentoring, to provide clarity, confidence and connections for all those involved.
