-Developed & communicated a data-centric growth strategy for the company that integrated the consulting and product sides of the business.-Lead commercial sales process for new data products with existing partners.-Acted as Voice of the Customer bridging the product gap between rural Brazilian farmers, global food processing conglomerates, and environmental NGOs.

- Lead cross-functional growth initiatives: recruiting, strategy on-sites, and performance management- Led launch efforts for Boba Network, including a $30M airdrop and a 200-person launch event- Helped with pitching & funding for the $45M Series A Fundraise on behalf of the Boba Foundation- Interim Head of Business Development, grew to a team of four reports, closed 30+ customers- Created content and presented at bimonthly board meetings- Oversaw the People Operations function including health care, recruiting, company policies, performance management, and manager coaching.

- Acted as an internal operations consultant cross-functionally for engineering, product, people, and customer success teams.- Worked cross-functionally with engineering, people, and customer success to build a roadmap and ensure priorities were balanced across teams.- Created Product Roadmaps quarterly including point-based sprint planning and feature prioritization.- Responsible for company-wide headcount planning and budgeting as the company grew from 20 to 70 people.- Worked with CEO and Head of Finance to build company growth models.- Implemented a PEO, planned executive retreats, and led all-hands meetings.

- Second full-time employee focused on building systems and understanding customer experience.- Grew & managed the Customer Success team from two to nine people including multiple internal promotions.- Acted as the Product Manager for the early engineering team, acting as the voice of the customer, developing personas, and scoping product features.

- Developed strategy for Fortune 500 companies and planned facilitated strategy sessions.- Conducted deep market research, honed storytelling for strategy, conducted in-depth customer interviews, and facilitated ideation sessions.- Project Highlights: Scenario planning the future of music, designing the brick-and-mortar store of the future, and developing business models for 5G.

Worked as a strategy intern on projects for clients such as Microsoft and Wieden & Kennedy. I helped develop brand strategy platforms for new and existing products. Gained experience in market research, user interviews, subject matter expert interviews.

Worked for a quarter as a liason between the Catholic Community at Stanford and Evergive designing and executing a campaign to increase mobile donations.
