End to End support for System Control activities related to launching new services, upgrades in existing services for all the sections under the general department related to settlement systems, as well as the enhancements & control of such systems, also responsible for the general department projects & initiatives.Key Projects & Initiatives:* ZATCA e-Invoicing for stc Wholesale business: Implementation to the functionality and flow in settlement system to add the ZATCA flow and changes related to integration and exchange of Invoices between stc & ZATCA.* One Single-view of Financial Data for stc Wholesale business: to have a Single view of Wholesale Business Financial Data, This financial data will be available across all stc Wholesales Business Sector.* Mobile Application for stc Wholesales Business: is a step towards digitization by accessing the system from anywhere which provides One-Click view and perform activities to meet customer needs in timely manner. In addition, reviewing monthly traffic data for international operators before releasing it to Finance.Moreover, responsible for traffic data readiness for 100% of International Operators, and resolving any disputes related to International voice & SMS services, as well as fixing any rejected calls for International operators

End to End support for settlement systems enhancements includes any modifications, upgrades, custom reports, or related service changes that are improvements from or in addition to the systems.Moreover, being part of the development of the National trading management system which enables the End-to-End traffic agreements, handling processes for National operators.In addition, having a role in the billing field which is adding finance and accounting concepts to my experience and finalizing settlement procedures in order to understand the user needs for the systems.Key Project: Implementing a Revenue Share Agreement for a national operator in settlement system.The objective of this project is to have the invoicing process of a national operator -revenue share agreement- automated in settlement system for the purpose of Automation, Accuracy & Efficiency
