- Performing research analysis internally and externally to determine opportunities for product and service innovation.- Providing business development assistance in executing major corporate growth initiatives. Conducting and analysing industry trends and best practices to provide inputs to be used as the basis for internal discussions and policy decisions which will drive key aspects of HKMEx’s strategic positioning-Supporting exchange new product launch by identifying key industry player and liquidity providers -Supporting strategic projects implementation and follow up deliverables of team members from other business areas.- Preparing of reports and business plans to support HKMEx’s management strategic development.- Playing a key role in preparing internal and external papers which are likely to focus on technical matters and be opinion forming.- Assisting in developing Clearing House and OTC product development strategy
