As a individual contributor owned SNMP handlers:• Enhanced the aggregation algorithm and added correlation of SNMP traps, reducing the number of open events on the events monitor view, making it easier to diagnose critical problems.• Designed configurable SNMP trap rules engine, that allows adjustment of the severity and category of traps so the traps are appropriate in cloud appliance. Rules engine also used in the correlation process to assign traps to resolution groups. • Designed and implemented rendering engine for system health check report to output report in either JSON or self-contained HTML. This report is the key component that support uses to see summary of appliance status and to diagnose problems. • Drove the process of triaging support requirements, turning requirements into problem reports or enhancements for other teams, and ensuring prioritization of these requirements so that support has the information needed to solve issues in the field.
