Coordinate professional development programs, opportunities and events for Fresno State employees. These include workshops, semester-long classes, team building and leadership workshops, leadership presentations, STAR (Staff Training and Recognition) Day, and various other events for campus employees. Below is the video created for our annual STAR Day, which highlights staff across our Fresno State campus.In addition to coordinating the professional development programs, I also coordinate and implement campus wellness initiatives specifically for Fresno State faculty and staff. These wellness initiatives include workshops and semester long programs related to physical wellness, as well as workshops focusing on the following six dimensions of wellness: emotional, intellectual, occupational, spiritual, social, and environmental.

Provided individual ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy in an early-intervention pre-school class, taught EDMARK reading program to Kindergarten students below grade level, individual program development and implementation with students exhibiting behavioral problems throughout the district
