I lead the Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare practice at Esin Attorney Partnership. I also advise clients on regulatory matters, distribution / franchise / agency law, competition law and customs legislation.

I focused my legal practice on the pharmaceuticals & healthcare industry, competition law, distribution, agency and franchise law. I worked primarily with major innovator pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical, agriculture and FMCG companies on regulatory, contract and competition law, and on compliance matters. I also drafted and negotiated industry-specific contracts including toll manufacturing, supply and distribution, license, marketing authorization transfer, co-marketing and clinical trials agreements. I also advised clients on various aspects of competition law, including merger control filings, individual exemption applications, investigations and competition compliance. In addition, I drafted and negotiated distribution, agency and franchise agreements, advised clients in the termination of these agreements and the associated risks, and guide clients through the termination process.

I provided consultancy to the clients on Turkish Competition Law, made applications to Turkish Competition Authority, gave competition compliance trainings and provided consultancy on pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations. Drafting and negotiating agreements in various sectors were among my regular practices.I worked on multiple merger and acquisition projects and joint venture agreements between Turkish and multinational companies. I also incorporated Turkish limited and joint stock companies, conducted such companies’ corporate affairs (board of directors resolutions, general shareholders meetings et cetera).
