Senior Full-stack developer, I work in teams bringing people together finding middle ground and moving forward not focusing on hierarchy but mostly on mutual respect.I have also mentored many devs who've went on to become successful developers, led some teams through thick and thin focusing on strengths and weaknesses in tough times to move faster, and in easy times to help either strengthen weaknesses or nurture strengths pushing teammates to their fullest potential.Leadership aside my biggest skill is debugging getting down to the root issues in code, processes and where I can be better, I have experience in Typescript, React, node.js (express, fastify ...etc), smart contracts. I'm a versatile developer getting into any situations, I have once went to a restaurant to debug a specific issue that they had with our software, I have contributed to a python project we were using in our open source community, I have facilitated conflict resolution meetings, I'm always excited to face new challenges
