• Participate in performing audit planning for each engagement, included: preliminary understandingof the process, risk identity, prepare audit programs...• Examine, evaluate, and report on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices and recommend improvements to business units.• Lead field audit in provinces, performing understanding and recognize findings about sale activities as State Bank of Vietnam required.• Prepare report of progress of corrective actions post audit as VPBank required.• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Leader, Unit Head and Chief Internal Audit Officer

• Prepare audit plan related to budget cost, audit timeline and team members. • Prepare and report audit findings and recommendations• Training of the teams participating in the audit missions• Identification and assessment of audit risks and implementation of adjusted audit strategies• Verified compliance of company controls with established policies• Collaborate with key stakeholders by sharing knowledge and expertise and assisting with successful completion of various audit requests and inquiries.
