- Responsible for recruitment for all departments including Sales (mass), Customer Service, Technical and HR- Undertake the full cycle recruitment process: source candidates, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, organize interviews, support training and onboarding- Proactively make recruitment reports for self-assessment and improvement.ACHIEVEMENT:➣ Average monthly results: 72 CVs meet the criteria and scheduled for interviews, 10 candidates was onboarded, Offer Acceptance rate (OAR) is 35%➣ Rewarded twice for successful recruitment➣ Skilled in various recruitment methods such as posting jobs, hunting, referrals through both paid (33%) and free (67%) channels including social media channels, job websites, job fairs, professional networks.

- Responsible for recruiting Sales Staff positions for over 80 stores in HCM City- Undertake the recruitment process: screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, support training and assist in handling issues arising from candidates- Average number of personal recruits is 14 candidates per week (56 candidates per month)- Lead a team of 4-8 members to meet 80% of the weekly recruitment demands- Participate in interview fairs at the office and stores- Make reports, evaluate weekly recruitment progress and propose solutions.
