Head of Source-to-Pay (S2P) Professional Services Finland in charge of customer implementations with responsibility of portfolio revenue and P/L. I was acting as a S2P project sponsor and escalation point in customer implementation projects. In this role I was also responsible for leading a team of project managers, assisting sales with complex RFQs and managing Source-to-Pay Finland project portfolio. As an independent consultant I was a customer representative in different projects and roles.Project manager for SAP FICO implementation for Finnish retail company in Russia. In this project the communication with stakeholders in Russia and in Finland was a key for the success of the project. We had a successful go-live without delays and major issues and were ready for business to start the operations with new SAP FICO solution. The project was executed together with external vendor and customer organization in Finland and Russia. Program test manager for end-to-end supply chain program in retail business with 5 projects for ecommerce and traditional stores. The project was executed together with several external vendors and customer organization.SAP test manager for SAP implementation project including ERP, MIM, BW and F&R with more than 80 interfaces to external systems. Consulting and creating documentation guidelines for Product Data Management and consulting and planning training procedures for new PLM process and tool implementation.

Project manager for global company wide Product Data Management (PDM) implementation project including new PDM tool and process implementation to every business entity worldwide for a telecommunication company. Strong change engagement and stakeholder management were the cornerstones of the successful project deliveries.

Finance & Control (F&C) project manager in SAP ERP implementation projects for Nokia and Siemens manufacturing sites as a part of the integration of the companies. Finance project was accountable for ensuring that financial requirements were analyzed, concepted, tested, deployed and approved properly, and accounting principles and internal controls were met.Concept owner including concept and process design for Internal Reference Price and Standard Product Cost concepts.

Line manager for provisioning specialists in Finland and Germany. Team was responsible for providing Product Provisioning and Product Data Management (PDM) support for Product Management and R&D/Base Transceiver Station (BTS) product programs. PDM local concept owner for BTS Site accountable for ensuring that business unit requirements were considered in Global PDM concepts and releases. Implementation of the changes in new releases to own business area was important part of the local concept owner responsibility to ensure that PDM processes and tools supported product development and time-to-market.
