I'm president of HPE Extrusion Solutions, a suburban Philadelphia company with a track record of achievement in plastic extrusions since 1972. With vast experience in complex profiles of all shapes and sizes, we consider ourselves uncommonly skilled at extruding an impressive variety of traditional and advanced resins. We manufacture extrusions utilizing conventional and advanced resins, including ABS, ABS/PC, Alcryn, CAB, Crystal Polystyrene, Delrin, Flexible PVC, Glass filled resin, HDPE, LDPE, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, Polyurethane, PVC Alloy, Rigid PVC, Santoprene, Teflon FEP, Urethane and Wood filled resin. Our products run the gamut from pipe and tubing to common and complex profiles. Our co-extrusions can run up to five separate layers, as well as over-extrusions of rigid substrates. Difficult and intricate extrusions. are our specialty. Profiles range in size from 1/16" to 3" pipe or 5" profile with a virtually unlimited length. Secondary operations include drilling, punching, milling, sawing, printing, application of tape and sub-assembly work.
