I'm currently pursuing my PhD at RAL Space (UK Research and Innovation) / UCL (University College London) as a Marie Curie Early Stage Researcher. My present work focuses on Photonically pumped Schottky based heterodyne Terahertz receivers for Astronomy and Earth Observation applications.Previously, I worked at the Department of Condensed Matter Physics at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai, as a Research Assistant. My research background includes Electromagnetic Waves Numerical Simulations, Material Study and Characterisation using various THz spectroscopy techniques, and Fabrication of Metamaterials and Optical Nano-structures.I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Physics followed by Master of Science in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from University of Mumbai in 2019.
