Senior Ransomware Recovery Manager
CurrentSenior Managing Engineer (Ransomware & Incident Response) Leading complex engagements, guiding clients from crisis to full restoration.-Client Engagement & Project Scoping: Lead client interactions to define incident scope, objectives, and expectations for each restoration project.-Strategic Planning & Restoration: Guide initial discovery, documentation, and create a clear, actionable restoration plan.-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate daily meetings with clients, forensics teams, and internal engineers to prioritize objectives, track progress, and address any issues.-Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Oversee and support multiple engineering teams, ensuring efficient objective prioritization, process documentation, and resolution of complex engineering challenges.-Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and forensics teams, managing and responding to high-priority requests throughout the restoration process.-Escalation Management: Act as the primary escalation point for other Engagement Leads, providing guidance and support as needed.-Training & Development: Design and maintain interactive Azure labs to enhance employee training and skill development.
