Play a key role as an original core team member, establishing the foundation for two major app projects: BIC Chat and BIC Group.* BIC Chat App (7 squad members: 1 product owner, 2 mobile, 1 web, 2 backend, 1 tester):- Description: A chat app powered by Mattermost that facilitates user communication and integrates with BIC Group for enhanced functionality.- Responsibilities: + Implement most of the features requested by the Product Owner and ensure app stability. + Actively contribute to product development through brainstorming sessions and providingfeedback to the Product Owner. + Contributed to the Mattermost mobile open-source project by identifying and fixing bugsencountered during development. + Implemented end-to-end testing using Detox to ensure robustness and optimize tester resources. + Drove the upgrade of BIC Chat from version 1 to version 2 of Mattermost, integrating all custom functions from version 1.

* BIC Group App (initiated with a core team of over 10 members and expanded to more than 50 members, organized into multiple squads):- Description: A social platform for community building, allowing users to create and managecommunities; a start-up project funded by the Vietnam community using blockchain technology.- Responsibilities:+ Developed and implemented features for the app from scratch. Also tested the app carefully to ensure functionality before passing it to the Product Manager.+ Partnered with a front-end team of 4 to define the tech stack, architecture, and coding conventions.+ Worked closely with the Chief Technology Officer and Product Manager to create theproduct roadmap.

* Grey Swan project (5 members):- Description: A web application for administrators to manage user information and a social platform for registered users to share their details with their followers; the initial draft version of BIC Group.- Responsibilities:+ As a full-stack developer, I created two web applications based on requirements from the Technology Director and CEO, turning their ideas into reality.+ Explored various technology options to determine the best fit for project requirements.
