Helped facilitate computer and network repairs to a nine building campus which houses over 5,000 users. Managed end‐user issues, computer repairs, and computer installations for the entire complex. I installed CAT5 patch panels, wall plates, routers, and switches to help maintain the expanding infrastructure of the complex. In order to create transparency at the department, I developed an Intranet‐based PHP and SQL Server application which allowed technology coordinators in other divisions to administer their own users without OIT intervention. This was completed with a custom built Active Directory (AD) API I built using core PHP LDAP functions to manipulate AD Objects and published my findings in PHP|Architect.
