Under various roles, I have over 5 years of experience as well as passion for Customer Service and Commercial Operation. Previously, when working at a bank, my responsibilities included: • Handle transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, checks, and opening & closing of accounts. • Reconcile cash drawers at the end of my shift, count and package coins and currency,... • Track, record, report: brand transactional information and special requests. • Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services, cross-sell (credit cards, saving bonds etc).From then till now, I'm in charge of coordinating the implementation of daily sales activities of the business: • Receive and process sales orders, procedures for registration of sales promotion to MOIT; review sales contracts. • Tracks list prices, discounts, promotions, and pricing variations across different channels. Implement and maintain management systems. • Make quotations, inventory, sales reports. • Collaborate with various departments concerned (Sales, Hub, Finance & Accounting, Legal, HR, MIS,...) to ensure the workflow process runs smoothly. • Aware of risks, issues and solve ad-hoc problems. • Provide a high level of customer/client service and offer answers and assistance. • Support special projects as needed.I'm willing to challenge myself in a higher development in this field.
