This team consults with researchers and the community to support the development of anti-racist and community-driven systems and research practices. I have the pleasure to combine organizational change, change management, and team development to leverage the expertise of staff and community champions to identify how our institution can have a lasting impact on health outcomes for underserved populations. Our team develops CBPR best practices in outreach and engagement through bi-directional, culturally accountable, and community-driven research practices using training platforms, presentations, and educational materials. Despite the ambiguity and increased complexity of the past two years, our team has implemented innovative solutions to apply new models and metrics to capture our impact.
