Have found HR as a profession as it is one of those works which helps connecting to needy talents - the company and the staff. My job is somewhere related to my passion which I have been enduring since a long while. Working as an HR executive gives me the complete experience of gaining the knowledge about the company procedures, project requirements, skills screenings, and matching requirements.
