- Independently handle the entire recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, negotiation, submission, interview set up and final placement, - Responsible for making calls to applicants and explained in detail about the job requirements, - Negotiating & finalizing rates to the candidates, and Submitting quality Consultant to Manager in timely manner, and Handled the tasks of discussing with the applicants as well as arranged interviews with respective clients. - Excellent communication skills, time management skills, and negotiation skills, - Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc), - Establishes contacts with candidates and prospective vendors- Maintaining an internal database of consultants as per their skill sets, - Sourcing, searching, Identifying consultants using job boards like- Monster, Dice, Job Diva, LinkedIn and Internal Database, - Worked on various work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, TN, OPT, CPT, EAD), - Having Knowledge of Taxterms (W2, 1099, C2C), - Worked on Full Time/Contract/ Contract to Hire Positions.
