Responsible at all HR Generalist activities such as end to end Recruitment, Joining formalities, Exit formalities, HR Policies, Leave Policies, PF & ESIC compliances, Retention process, Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement, Employee Relationship Management(One on One’s etc) & HR Administration.Oversaw smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, selection, induction, orientation and development of new employees and employee codes in the organization.Tracking the daily work progress; compiling MIS reports of other benefits like mobile allowances, conveyances, food etc for the HR department and submitted to the senior management for review. Responsible for conducting joining formalities &exit interviews for the employees leaving the organization and initiating full and final settlement for the employees who have left the organization.Managed training, communication and HR activities of the Company; involved in Salary calculation, Leave Advance & Perks and Leave Account; fulfilled the administration & training needs of the staff in different aspects.Established & maintained a work place resources’ to add value to its business goals; held periodic meetings with employees and drawn valuable inputs on Administration programs and developed a sense of emotional affiliation in the minds of employees. Coordinated and assisted with various company employee functions and activities.Ensured employee records are properly maintained, e.g. hires, terminations, transfers, performance reviews and wage rates.Providing employees information on HR policies and processes, e.g. payroll, benefits, leaves, HRIS, exit interviews, new hire orientations.Served as the key person for central coordination of all administrative activities and ensured that information flowed to and from the Directors office in a timely manner.Conducting Exit interviews, Employee Final settlements, relieving procedures and employee coordination.
