Current➥ End-to-end Recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and on-boarding candidates➥ Strategic Planning: Collaborating with managers to understand business plans, develop appropriate people strategies and plans and provision of comprehensive and consistent advice on employee relations issues at all levels➥ Screening: Short listing candidates sourced through portals and validating them on their experience and interest on the role➥ HR Round: Conducting HR round for the selected candidates and negotiating salaries on company standards-Promptly informing the rejected candidates about the reason for the rejections➥ Joining & Exit Formalities and grievance handling➥ Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Dealing with all kind of employee issues and ensuring staff discipline by taking necessary action ➥ Statutory Compliance: Ensuring statutory compliance at all levels involving liaison with Govt. authorities & offices like PF, ESI, Labour Department, Apprentice Office & Employment Exchange, Pollution Control authorities & Professional Tax etc.,➥ Vendor Management & CSR Activities➥ Training & Development: Providing training need analysis, training facilitation, organizational development and quality improvement➥ Performance Appraisal: Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management➥ Payroll Management
