To maintain & update employee`s personal files and new joiner employee`s details in excel sheet and software.To store all employees` personal files in department or designated ways.To assist payroll-related operations (salary, bonus, yearly increment, and other payroll-related tasks), working with Empress, DreamApps & ERP software.To confidentiality, confidential record keeping and documentation.To prepare different types of letters as and when required.To prepare for a final settlement of departed employees.To place requisitions for stationery and distribute the requisition items accordingly.To scan all personal files and backup department or designation ways.To prepare different types of reports.
