AT Progos Tech PVT Ltd I am Responsible for:• Helping draw up plans for future personnel needs• Manage the implementation of performance improvement plans• Develop and effectively implement recruitment strategies geared towards ensuring that all hiring needs are met• Providing staff training and development • Operating pay and benefits policies• Counselling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally• Oversee employee services such as health and safety as well as sports and social facilities• Verify employees insurance claims and coordinate with health insurance Company for their claims.• Update & analyze insurance claim data, share quarterly analysis report with Manager HR• Make provisions and maintain all HR related files on OPEN ERP HR Database Software
