• Responding to and putting through various queries from managers and employees, and from other agencies or departments.• Coordinate local and overseas recruitment campaigns under the supervision of the Technical manager.• Coordinate with local recruitment agencies to fill vacancies.• Design recruitment advertisements.• Draft employment offer letter and contracts for selected candidates.• Coordinate manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.• If the mode of interview is “CV SELECTION” then continuous sending CVs along with certificates to the clients for their review and selection till the position closes.• If the mode of interview is “Client Interview” then line-up maximum suitable candidates on the scheduled interview places across India.• To visit on interview places to arrange / coordinate recruitment drive between candidates and foreign delegates.• Ensure follow-up to selected candidate's for Medical Check-up, documentation for visa endorsement till mobilization / deployment.• MIS report management etc.• Skills wise database management.
