However, the CEO rejected them, raising several questions. He astutely recommended a more in-depth understanding of how each role impacts the organization's goals. This marked the turning point where I commenced learning from my mistakes and actively pursuing progress. I became committed to continuous learning and started to genuinely enjoy my work. When you love what you do, you put your heart into it, and that commitment led me to give my 100% in everything I did.Our team took the initiative to collaborate closely with individuals, conducting surveys, engaging in personal interviews, and making observations. We consistently presented our insights periodically. This approach significantly contributed to the success of our HR team. We successfully gained a seat at the table for discussions regarding the development of the organization's business strategies and goals.
